Spring Registration is Saturday, February 4th in the lobby of the FPHS.
Varsity Rowers will register from 9-10am
Novice Rowers will register from 10am-12pm
The registration forms are in the 2012 Spring Crew file below these announcements and have been updated one last time.  The Checklist (A) now has the links to 2 of our sign ups, as well as a 2nd page to record your volunteer assignments, and the Registration Form (B) has also been updated. Please complete all the paperwork prior to registration, bring it to registration, and receive a free FPHS Crew Magnet (1 per family.)  Also, please bring your personal calendar to aid in the sign up of volunteer jobs.
Besides the papers that need to be filled out, there are 2 forms that need to be completed on line.  Here are the directions:
USRowing Roster/ Waiver Portal--Every Rower MUST register before registration
  1. Go to https://rosters.usrowing.org/ (This can also be found as a link on the Crew School Fusion Page under the calendar on the right.)
  1. Enter this Club Code: XDJQP
  2. Choose your name from the populated list
    • Choose your name form the populated list
    • If your name is listed more than once, choose the "paid membership" number over the "waiver-only" number
    • If your name is not listed at all, "create new member" and complete as instructed
    • NOTE:  Whichever action is taken in the Roster Waiver Portal, this same action is also being done in the USRowing database.
  3. View and updated your profile.  You may also upload a photo! (Optional).
  4. Read the Waiver and check the AGREE box.
  5. Submit your waiver
  6. You will receive verification by email shortly after completing this waiver.  Please print this out and bring it with you to registration.  If you do not have verification, you will need to wait in line while we look for your rower's name on-line.
FPHS Team Volunteer Jobs--Every family must sign up for ONE job
  1. Go to http://www.SignUpGenius.com/  (This can also be found as a link on the Crew School Fusion Page under the calendar on the right.)
  2.  Look for the green tabs on the top and choose Find a SIgn Up
  3. It will ask you for an email.  Use Tisha Lantto's email as she is the POC for this job.  Her email is plantto@verizon.net
  4. The Password is sprint
  5. If you are not already a member, please complete the quick and easy sign up.  This will allow you to communicate with Tisha.
  6. Please record your volunteer job on the check sheet and the registration form.
I am still waiting on the the uniform order site to go live,  and I will send you those directions once I get them.  Also, you will be asked to use the SIgnUpGenius again later to volunteer to bring breakfast items, and I will send out directions as we get closer to our first regatta.
Please let me know if you have questions, or if you have any problems with the links on School Fusion or the links for the sign ups.
